Entrepreneurship has never been my dream. "Then why did you decide to do so?", you might ask.

I simply take it as a natural part of my career path.

I have always enjoyed working with people and on their development. I thought that the higher I got, the more fulfilled I would be. Others will be proud, and I will be satisfied. After some time, I found out that this is not the case.

And then it hit me.

I finally understood that the classic professional path no longer serves me. I decided to take a leap of faith and try entrepreneurship.

After seven years in managerial HR positions, I realized that I wanted to help more people. Innovatively and in such a way that it brings real benefit.

It is great to see where HR is going and what results people can achieve when they are taken care of and not only evaluated once per year.

I try to bring the HR world closer to those who do not have much experience with it or are not very fond of it. I want to inspire, educate, and break down the prejudices I sometimes hear about HR.

But I'm not just interested in HR. I started connecting HR with content marketing and discovered an enormous potential. I found a way to combine these two fields. So that it brings results to the clients I work with.

When I see how content or consultation helps companies and people grow, I know I have made a good choice.

Entrepreneurship is not easy. You must be patient (which I'm still learning), have a strong vision, and never give up. You also must learn a little from all fields to succeed in the market. But if you persevere in pursuing your dream and treat obstacles as part of your business and not a reason to run away, you can achieve incredible results.
