This model of work is more and more popular because people can adapt their work to their living conditions without their productivity suffering.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph translation-block\">Statistics show that productivity and company culture do not decline if there is proper communication through communication channels in the company, regular feedback is given and news about the company is regularly sent, e.g. via e-mail or posted on the company intranet. Yes, it's exactly the same rules as for working in an office. Technology has allowed us to do such things even from home, a cafe or Croatia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">Therefore, those who have not yet jumped on this already quite common trend, risk the outflow of employees where they will be allowed. It will also be more difficult to find professionals on the market. Emphasis on diversity, inclusion and equity<\/h3><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"text-align:left;\"><p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph translation-block\">You may have already heard the magic formula Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). But what does this mean in practice? It is about supporting diversity and fair treatment regardless of nationality, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, etc.<strong>In the Czech Republic, we perceive this issue mainly from the point of view of equal treatment between women and men, the elderly vs. younger generation and emphasizing fair conditions for working parents.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">When was the last time you said to yourself \"I mean, he's completely different from me, he'll fit into the company \/ I'll go for coffee with him\/her!\" These are simply unconscious prejudices that are not based on any facts or data. Maybe the person in question looks like someone you don't like. It only takes a little and this person will already cause a certain resentment in you. There are over 1,000,000 entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic offering various services or products for both the B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) communities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">In B2B, outsourcing (external provision of activities) or cooperation with external companies is a suitable option for companies that need services or products that solve their business, managerial or other problems, save time and make work more efficient. The emphasis on flexibility and trust is the same as between employees and employers. Of course, companies should first advocate for the creation of such company conditions where people feel safe, but nowadays the consequences, such as burnout, must also be treated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\">At this time, companies offer therapeutic sessions, more sick days, managers are also trained on how to recognize burnout in its early stages, experiment with a 4-day work week and unlimited vacation. HR should not make decisions only based on their instincts, although it is not good to underestimate intuition, the data that you will have faster and easier in your hands thanks to technology will help a lot.
