Jde o pl\u00e1ny, kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm umo\u017enuj\u00ed vlastnit ur\u010ditou \u010d\u00e1st firemn\u00edch akci\u00ed. \u010c\u00e1st mzdy pracovn\u00edk\u016f se odkl\u00e1d\u00e1 do zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho fondu, ze kter\u00e9ho se pot\u00e9 nakupuj\u00ed akcie, kter\u00e9 jsou ve spole\u010dn\u00e9m vlastnictv\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. V r\u00e1mci tohoto pl\u00e1nu zam\u011bstnanec nez\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 akcie spole\u010dnosti okam\u017eit\u011b, ale m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na jejich po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u00a0budoucnu (opci). Akcie tak zam\u011bstnanec nabude a\u017e pot\u00e9, co po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 zam\u011bstnavatele v souladu s pravidly stanoven\u00fdmi v r\u00e1mci op\u010dn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu. Pokud zam\u011bstnanec za akcie plat\u00ed (i kdy\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee jednat o zv\u00fdhodn\u011bnou cenu), m\u016f\u017ee d\u00edky opci \u201en\u00e1kup\u201c \u0161ikovn\u011b rozlo\u017eit v \u010dase.<\/p>\n<p>Program m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanec nez\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u00e9 akcie spole\u010dnosti ani pr\u00e1vo na jejich nabyt\u00ed, ale pouze smluvn\u011b upraven\u00fd n\u00e1rok na bonus kop\u00edruj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdkon akci\u00ed spole\u010dnosti. V\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hovo\u0159\u00edme o tzv. fantomov\u00e9 neboli st\u00ednov\u00e9 akcii.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny mohou b\u00fdt samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pou\u017eity i u spole\u010dnost\u00ed s ru\u010den\u00edm omezen\u00fdm, nebo\u0165 z\u00e1kon o obchodn\u00edch korporac\u00edch dnes ji\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f pod\u00edl\u016f.
